Happy Belated Birthday!!....your post resonates tome in so many ways. This system was not made for us (women) to succeed even though as you clearly states, we are the creator, we are the builders yet we are constantly lagging behind men in the workplace in ever category. I am sure supporting data shows women make up the largest percentage in the "layoff pool". As such we are left to question our abilities and why we are salom swimming up the proverbial stream.
Yet, I remain hopeful that in my lifetime we may see that shift. If not, maybe for the next generation, our beautiful nieces, cousins and siSTARS! Sending so much love to you and all of us who are systematically disenfranchised.
